I am a biology major studying to become a veterinarian.
I have 2 dogs and a cat. I hope to have many many more in the future.
I do NOT have a favorite animal, because I love so many of them.

During the summer, I work at a veterinary clinic as a veterinary technician and lodging assistant in Edmond, Oklahoma.
During the school year, I work on a farm here in Stillwater and am involved in artificial insemination in cows.
Hi Kaelyn, welcome to evolution! Thank your for sharing this informative artificial insemination video. Do you know if cow semen has to be activated by the female reproductive tract as in humans? What kind of dogs and cats do you have?
ReplyDeleteTo my understanding, yes. The semen does need to be activated. However, I cannot be 100% sure seeing as I am fairly new to the program and still have A LOT to learn. I have 2 dogs and 1 cat. I have a blue heeler/pointer mix and a boxer/pittie/retriever mix. My cat is just a regular old farm cat. But he is the literal sweetest boy.
